How It Works
✅ 3D Scanning & CAD Conversion – We can digitally scan an existing part and convert it into an accurate 3D CAD model for modification or reproduction.
✅ Moulding from an Existing Part – In some cases, the original component can be used as a master for moulding, though this method isn’t recommended for unique or irreplaceable parts.
✅ Manufacturing in Any Quantity – Once the CAD file is created, we can produce one-off parts, matching pairs, or full production runs using the most suitable manufacturing method.
Land Rover Aftermarket Double Din Facia
🔹 Requirement: Produce replacement for the original Landrover single din facia to one that could take modern sat nav/stereo applications.
🔹 Method: Original unit was scanned to produce a CAD file. That file was tidied up and then modified on screen to allow it to incorporate the bigger double din unit.
From created CAD file an ABS prototype part was CNC machined and fitted to car to ensure functionality
Once functionality had been confirmed the CAD file was used to create an injection mould tool and production parts moulded
